This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, tracking, advertising tools or contact forms, and it does not load content from third-party services. The website is hosted by Netlify. Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs, used only to keep the site running securely.
When you contact us
If you phone, text or email us, we receive the details you choose to give: typically your name, contact details, the job location, a description of the work and any photos. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote and, if you go ahead, carry out and invoice the work. Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performing that contract.
We keep enquiries that don't go ahead for no longer than needed to deal with them. Records connected to completed work are kept for as long as required for accounting and tax purposes under Irish law. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing lists.
Our email is provided by Google, which processes messages on our behalf.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Data Protection Commission at dataprotection.ie.
